January 2017

  • January's 2017 closed sales topped 2016 by 9% and was the highest January sales level since 2007. 

  • Pending sales are up 11% from this time last year.

  • New listings were up 15.6 %.

  • Active listing were down from 2,100 in 2016 to 1,749 in 2017 a drop of 16.7%.

  • Sellers received 96.1% of original list price on average and homes sold in January 2017 were on the market an average of 42 days or less.
