Devonshire East

Devonshire East is located on the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Tuckerman Lane in Rockville Maryland is one of the most desired town home communities in Montgomery County. The 3 level town homes have a very low HOA fee, aprox $100 per month and the community is in a very quiet location.  The home have a generous living area with very spacious rooms, a fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

Devonshire East allows residents very quick and easy access to I-270 and 495. Timberlawn Park borders the back of the community and is used by many residents. The park has basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds for kids as well as ample parking, cookout/picnic areas and it is pet friendly. The Bethesda Trolly Trail is also a short walk from the community, about a half mile. The trail is located along an old trolly rail way used in the late 1800's to transport people to work in D.C. Today the trail is over 6 miles long and is used by bikers, runners and pedestrians.  The Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro stop is located about a mile away from the community just down Tuckerman Lane.  Along the way to and home from the Metro residents stop at The Grosvenor Market which is located in the Grosvenor high rise ground floor.  The community is also within a short 5-10 minute drive of Montgomery Mall, White Flint Mall, Wildwood Shopping Center and The National Institutes of Health.

Devonshire East provides education in to some of top schools in Montgomery County. The community feeds to Kensington and Parkwood Elementary, North Bethesda Middle and Walter Johnson High Schools. Walter Johnson HS is ranked 5th within Maryland public schools and has a very strong Advanced Placement (AP) program. As always confirm information with MCPS.
